What’s print-on-demand?
Print-on-demand is a great way for artists to share their work!
Print-on-demand allows ordinary people to buy a real artwork on useful products like pillow covers, bags, shower curtains, stickers and clothing. Plus, you can directly support an independent artist with your purchase.
POD allows artists to branch out from wall paintings and prints. Instead of only selling wall art and prints, I can put my images on useful products like dresses, mugs, pillows and and bags.
No 2 POD sites are the same, and I use 3 because some people already have preferences about their favorite POD site.
The platforms I use are RedBubble, Society6, and I have an etsy shop that allows me to offer an even wider assortment of designs and products (like tons of dress styles!) through partnership with Printify.

Society6 is becoming my favorite POD site because you can buy such a wide array of products. Plus, unlike RedBubble, if you buy a comforter or duvet, you can get matching shams on Society6. They even sell furniture! However, I haven’t fully transitioned all of my designs to Society6. Contact me if you see something you’d like me to add.
